I’m not just passionate (and a little opinionated) about health and wellness, I’m a Registered Dietitian, and this work is personal. I dove headfirst into the captivating waters of Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity, emerging with my Master of Science from the University of Southern California, go Trojans! That path didn't just land me a credential, it helped me rebuild my own lifestyle from the inside out. I've lived through burnout, confusion, and feeling completely out of sync with my body. And now? I help other reconnect with theirs.
My mission you ask? My mission is to shift the way we think about health. Not as a list of rules, but as a way to feel more empowered, more energized, more confident, more you. I'm here to help make transformation feel less like a chore and more like an adventurous (but fun) path to getting your life back.

I bring a blend of clinical expertise and behavioral insight, with experience across education, research, eating disorders, disease states, and real-life coaching. What truly sets me apart is my commitment to you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. My approach starts with listening, and from there, we create something that actually works for your life.
