The basics…
I’m not just passionate and opinionated about health and wellness - I’m a Registered Dietitian! I dove headfirst into the captivating waters of Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity, emerging with my Master of Science from the University of Southern California, go Trojans! These actions catapulted me to the distinguished status of Registered Dietitian. Now I am on a mission to propagate health consciousness among individuals who want better out of life and better out of themselves.

My aim? To bring a revolution to the way people perceive and implement their lifestyle habits.

My plan? To help navigate the tricky terrain of transformation, making it less of a chore and more of an adventure.
