The Process...

After our discovery call, you'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire that gives me insight into your health history, current habits and routines, things you may have tried, and any roadblocks you have encountered. This will give me a full picture of where you are at, so when we connect again we can get straight to what matters most!

Our first session is all about understanding the big picture - your unique health timeline, patterns, challenges, and wins. From there, we'll map out a sustainable plan that supports your life, not someone else's idea of what health should look like.

Through personalized nutrition guidance, real-life strategies, and practical, science-backed support, we'll build habits that stick allowing you to feel more confident and in control. My job isn't to hand you a rigid plan, it's to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support to make choices that truly work for you.

  • 90-minute Initial Consultation (virtual): A comprehensive review of your health history, current habits, eating patterns, lifestyle and personal goals. This foundation session allows us to map out a personalized strategy that's grounded in you. Your needs, your pace, your vision, your health.
  • 45-Minute Follow-up Session (virtual): A personalized check-in focusing on accountability, progress, and support. We'll adjust strategies, troubleshoot any roadblocks, and keep building momentum towards your goals.
  • HIPAA-Secure Video Calls: All virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring a safe space for our conversations.
  • Curated Tools and Resources: You may receive resources and practical tools to support your progress and reinforce sustainable changes that actually stick.

1-on-1 sessions allow you to prioritize what matters most to you, whether that’s boosting energy, improving digestion, managing stress, or simply developing a healthier, grounded, more confident relationship with food. This flexible, individualized approach ensures you get the support you need without the overwhelm.
